Group Discount
A 10% Group Discount is available for Golf Packages for groups of 8 or more people.
Group Discount Eligibility Requirements:
One person in the group acts as the Group Representative. This person books the entire group’s reservation, pays the required deposit at the time of booking, and collects payment from each member.
Upon check‑in, the representative pays the full balance for the group in CASH or by CHECK only, receives all room keys and golf carts, and assigns rooms to group members.

Our family has stayed here twice already this summer and intend to do so again before it is over. We absolutely love this place! Our family of four stayed in one of the cottages. The cottages are the perfect size for our family! Having a coffee on the porch over viewing this beautiful golf course and lake is just incredible, especially for sunrise or sunset. We enjoyed evenings around the fire-pit and cooking on the grill. There is a rather large private beach right we enjoyed quite a bit as well! Add in the golf course, hiking trails, kayaking, super nice staff, and you have yourself a really high value getaway! We love it!

Our Cottages
Each of our 8 Cottages offer accommodations for 4 adults, and provide you with the comforts of a separate bed room with two double beds & TV, a living room with two pull out sleeper sofas, TV, dining area, fully stocked kitchen complete with a range, oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and microwave plus a covered porch with 4 chairs. All linen and towels are provided.
Our Suites
Each of our 16 Suites, offer accommodations for 2 adults and are comparable to standard hotel suite with a Queen size bed, a Queen size pull out sleeper sofa, table and chairs, and TV plus a covered porch with 2 chairs. Our Suites also have the convenience of a microwave and compact refrigerator. All linen and towels are provided.
Please Note: Our rooms have heat, but DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. Instead they are equipped with a cooling fan that will push warm air out through the roof and draw in cool air in through the windows which works very well.

Check-In and Check-Out Times
Check‑in time is 3:30 PM. You are welcome to play golf before your room is ready.
Check‑out time is 11:00 AM. You are welcome to play golf after check‑out.
Amenities Included with Every Stay
All accommodations include 1 night’s lodging, unlimited use of a motorized golf cart, access to our 600′ private sand beach, and use of on-site kayak, canoe, and stand‑up paddleboard rentals. You’ll also enjoy our two horseshoe pits with shoes, convenient charcoal BBQ grills, and relaxing hammocks.
Booking and Cancellation Policies
A non‑refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking — $20 per Suite per night or $40 per Cottage per night.
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to check in date forfeit any and all deposits made.
Cancellations made within 14 days of check‑in date and no‑shows will be charged the full cost of the reservation for all nights booked.
Cancellations cannot be made due to weather. All Cancellation requests must be made via email bluffpointgolfresort@gmail.com
COVID‑19 Notice
Now that there is widespread awareness of COVID‑19, travelers are expected to understand the risks of booking future reservations. All bookings remain subject to our stated cancellation policy.
