Our Cottages
Each of our 8 Cottages offer accommodations for 4 adults, and provide you with the comforts of a separate bed room with two double beds & TV, a living room with two pull out sleeper sofas, TV, dining area, fully stocked kitchen complete with a range, oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and microwave plus a covered porch with 4 chairs. All linen and towels are provided.

Please Note: Our rooms have heat, but DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. Instead they are equipped with a cooling fan that will push warm air out through the roof and draw in cool air in through the windows which works very well.
Our Suites
Each of our 16 Suites, offer accommodations for 2 adults and are comparable to standard hotel suite with a Queen size bed, a Queen size pull out sleeper sofa, table and chairs, and TV plus a covered porch with 2 chairs. Our Suites also have the convenience of a microwave and compact refrigerator. All linen and towels are provided.

GROUP DISCOUNT
A 10% Group Discount is Available for GOLF PACKAGES for groups of 8 or more people. To qualify, 1 person from the group must act as the groups representative. This individual will book the whole groups reservation, and put down the required deposit. They then collect from each member of their group, and upon Check-In will pay for the whole group in Cash or Check Only. The representative will be given all keys and carts for the rooms booked. They then can assign rooms to the members of their group.
CHECK-IN TIME – 3:30 PM. (You are welcome to play golf before room check-in time) CHECK-OUT TIME – 11:00 AM. (You are welcome to play golf after room check-out time)
ALL STAYS INCLUDE: -1 Night’s Accommodations -Unlimited Use of a Motorized Golf Cart -Use of our 600′ Private Sand Beach -Access to on-site Kayak, Canoe & Stand Up Paddle Board Rentals -Use of our two Horseshoe Pits w/ Shoes -Use of convenient Charcoal BBQ Grills -Use of Relaxing Hammocks
Booking/Cancellation Policy: A $20 per Suite and $40 per Cottage per night non-refundable deposit for the dates booked will be taken at the time of booking. Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to check-in date forfeit any and all deposits made(DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE). Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in date and no-shows will be charged the full daily room rate for all nights booked. Cancellations CANNOT be made due to weather. All Cancellation requests must be made via E-Mail.
